Coalition - Neal Knox's Site. Neal Knox was a prominent figure
in the firearms rights movement for over 30 years reporting on the state
of gun rights since the debates over the Gun Control Act of 1968. A gun
writer, competitive shooter, and hunter, Knox combined a vast knowledge
of firearms with a political reporter's eye for the facts. His sons,
Jeff and Chris carry on the work.

The Emerson Decision -
This is the complete text of the Emersion Decision in Adobe Acrobat format. This
particular ruling -- handed down by U.S. District Court Judge Sam Cummings of the United
States District Court for the Northern District of Texas -- dismissed an indictment
against Dr. Emerson based on the opinion that the federal law he was accused of violating
(the Lautenberg misdemeanor domestic violence provision) represented an unconstitutional
exercise of congressional power that violated his individual rights protected by the
Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
